My Short Story

I had to write a three paragraph short story, it was a project for the last day of Co-op. I had to use eight adjectives so the ones I was able to use was Large, Fastest, Presentable, Common Place, Blue Jean ed, Accidentally, Fright6end, and Bigger. I really enjoyed writing this short story and it was fun using my imagination.

In Scottsdale Arizona a seventeen year old Allison, always had large dreams of having the fastest most beautiful horse. Ever since graduation she had been Tutoring math to kids who needed help, to earn the horse had been wanting. The horse she had been saving up for was a presentable black Mustang, Licorice, who lived at Trinity Stables a common place which was owned by a blue jean ed couple Mr. and Mrs. County. One windy night Al got onto Licorice while training her, putting herself onto great danger. She accidentally fell off and bruised herself terribly. Mr. and Mrs. County heard a ''yelp'' and called Al's parents right away. Allison explained to her parents that she was trying to train a frightened untamed horse. She wanted to learn how to be wild animals. She also told them that she was okay and she knew she needed to be careful around bigger animals, she learned the consequences of being around a wild creature.It became silent for a while. Allison's Mom said ''okay if that's the way you want it, we are fine with it, we love you, we want whats best for you. Just be careful'' ''Love you too'' said Allison.

'Cause she had more time on her schedule 'cause she's done with school, Al started working with the ASPCA. She worked Day and Night and Night and Day on weekends, as hard as she could. Allison kept pushing and pushing herself to prove to her parents That she was ready and responsible. Allison worked on her parents ranch also early in the mornings through out the week, and she kept Tutoring. Her parents saw how busy she was and how hard their Daughter was working and they were proud of her.

The very next morning Al's parents woke her up and told her to go outside the front door, she did, she was wondering why? Her parents told her to ask no questions, just go where we are telling you to go. She got outside, saw her horse she earned. Her parents bought the horses, she realized she got to keep all the money she earned. Allison was over joyed. She asked her parents why? Her Dad said '' Your Mom and I have talked it over and we knew you were ready'' '' Oh Mom, Dad Thanks'' said Allison.
