Simple...and pleasureably easy to your liking.
To make a Chia Fresca, just add Chia seeds into water and just a squeeze of a lemon and or lime....or instead you can add whole fruits and fresh ingredients like fresh strawberries, cucumber, maybe blueberries and raspberries. Anything to your liking.
It is a natural energy drink. Healthy indeed.
